The Process

Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Keep tags and original packaging where applicable.

Identify Request Type

Return (refund), Exchange (size/color), or Issue Resolution (damaged/incorrect/missing).

Contact Support

Send your order number, item name, and request type. Photos help if the item is incorrect or damaged.

Receive Instructions

We’ll confirm eligibility and provide next steps based on your situation and destination.

  • Tags/packaging intact
  • Item matches order (unaltered)
  • Request within allowed period

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Missing required components
  • Request outside allowed period
  • Damage via improper care

Resolution Pathways

Returns (Refund)
If your return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method where applicable after the return is received and reviewed. Timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges (Size / Color)
Exchanges depend on stock availability. Contact support with your order number and requested size/color. We’ll confirm next steps and what is currently available.
Issue Resolution (Damaged)
Contact support with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll review the issue and provide resolution guidance immediately.
