Fit & Sizing

Choosing the right size and feel.

Do Ellafit styles run true to size?
Most pieces are designed to be true-to-size. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort, or the smaller size for a more sculpted feel. See Size Guide.
How should compression styles feel?
Compression styles are intended to feel supportive in motion. At rest they may feel firm, but should not restrict breathing. If you prefer a softer feel, size up.
What if my top and bottom sizes differ?
Choose the best fit for each piece individually. If purchasing a coordinated set, prioritize the area where you prefer more comfort or support.
Can fabric change how a size feels?
Yes. Softer fabrics drape closer; compression fabrics feel firmer. For details, see Fabric & Care.

Orders

Managing your purchase.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation?
Please check spam/junk folders first. If it’s still missing, contact support with your name and email used at checkout so we can help locate the order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is being processed by the warehouse, changes may not be available.
My order arrived with a missing or incorrect item?
Contact support with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll review and guide next steps immediately.

Delivery

Shipping times and tracking.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery timeframe is typically 7–15 days. For full details, see Shipping & Delivery.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be shared via email once issued. If you need help locating it, contact support.
What if my delivery is delayed?
Delivery times can vary due to carrier processing. If your order appears significantly delayed, contact support and we’ll assist with a status check.

Returns

Exchange and refund policies.

What condition must items be in?
Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging where applicable.
Can I exchange for another size?
If exchanges are supported for your order, we’ll guide you through the process. Contact support with your order number and requested size.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and reviewed, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timing varies by bank.

What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. If you encounter a payment issue, contact support.
My payment failed?
Verify billing details or contact your bank. If the issue persists, contact support with a screenshot of the error (if possible).

Gift Cards

How do I redeem a gift card?
Enter the gift card code at checkout in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field. The balance will apply automatically.
I didn’t receive my gift card email?
Check spam/junk folders. If it’s still missing, contact support with your order details.
