Fit Notes

Fit is personal. These notes explain how Ellafit pieces are designed to sit on the body, how different styles may feel, and how to choose based on comfort, movement, and support preference.

Core Principles
01 True-to-Size Base

Most styles follow standard sizing. If you typically wear a size S in activewear, you are likely to feel comfortable in the same size at Ellafit.

02 Designed for Motion

Fits are tested in movement, not just at rest. Slight compression may feel supportive during activity rather than restrictive.

03 Fabric-Dependent

Softer fabrics drape closer to the body, while compression fabrics feel firmer. The same size may feel different depending on construction.

Scenarios
Between two sizes?
Choose the larger size for comfort and longer wear. Choose the smaller size if you prefer a sculpted, compressive feel.
Top & Bottom differ?
We recommend selecting the best size for each piece. If purchasing a coordinated set, prioritize the area where you prefer more comfort.
Prefer relaxed fits?
Size up for a softer silhouette, especially in tops and outer layers. Bottoms will maintain structure while offering a less compressive feel.
Prefer high support?
Stay true-to-size or size down depending on fabric. Compression styles are designed to feel firm during movement.
